    2. We do not accept any refund request. Once the fee is paid, it shall not be refundable in any circumstances.

  2. Extraordinary Circumstances:

    3. Users may be eligible for a partial refund in case of extraordinary circumstances. Seastar Consultancy reserves the right to define/decide these extraordinary circumstances and act solely at its discretion.

  3. Absent from Exam:

    4. Exam fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances once scheduled, even if the candidate chooses to remain absent for the examination.
